  1. Fill Out the TravelPlug Client Intake Form
    Tell me the details — destination, budget, dates, vibe, etc.
  2. Review + Contract
    I’ll review your request and send over your travel agreement + quote.
  3. Payment + Planning Begins
    Once your payment is in, I start planning!
  4. Delivery + Revisions
    You’ll receive your itinerary by the promised date or before, plus one round of edits if needed.
  5. Bon Voyage!
    You’ll head out on your trip with everything you need — organized, aesthetic, and stress-free.

Full payment is required before I begin planning your trip. All payments and invoices are processed securely through TravelJoy — a trusted platform designed specifically for travel professionals. This ensures your payment is protected and your booking experience stays smooth from start to finish.

If you choose the VIP Booking Assistant add-on, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be required before bookings are made.

This ensures Travel Plug Co. can book on your behalf and helps prevent any issues if a hotel or experience requires the card used at booking during check-in.
