🩷VIP Booking Authorization Notice

For select add-ons where Travel Plug Co. books flights, hotels, transportation, or experiences on your behalf, a Credit Card Authorization Form is required.

This allows us to securely book your travel and ensures you’re never stuck at check-in if a hotel or supplier requests the original card used for payment.

The form includes identity verification for fraud protection and smooth travel experiences. All information is stored securely and used only for authorized bookings related to your trip.

If you select the VIP Booking Assistant add-on, this form will be sent to you after your contract is signed. ✨ It’s all part of making your trip seamless, stress-free, and fully handled.
